I have always struggled to find a place that cuts my hair consistently exactly how I want it and at a good price. That's why i was very happy to find Sizzo's Hair Designs. Norma is very attentive to my needs and I always leave her salon feeling better. I am from Elgin IL but I always look forward to going back to Norma's salon because I know I will always leave looking better! Her prices are great and her services are even better.
